Mr Peter Obi is currently the most loved man in Nigeria and why is that so?

Listening to Simon Sinek's theory of the golden circle, where he talked about "Why", " How" and "What"

Every Individual knows what they do, most people know how they do it but only a few know why they do it.

Great leaders and successful companies stand out from their competition because they all think, act and communicate in the same way.

These people communicate differently, they focus on their why not the product(what).

They communicate their why, beliefs and purpose, which in turn draws people who believe in their 'why' and it becomes easier to do business with these people.

You would hear Mr Peter say, I believe Nigeria can work, I believe Nigeria has the resources to make her big again. It's I believe, I believe, I believe, and so people that want Nigeria to work show up to see this long dream be actualized

People, especially the youths are not doing it for him, they are doing it for themselves. Giving free items to advance the movement.

They are tired of the situation they found themselves in. They are fed up with a system that does not work.

And so they show up for themselves and their future. They show up for the positive change they desire and would do all it takes to get right.

They would sacrifice to see this movement win and from history, movements like this have a great chance of winning. It happened in France and Ukraine. It can happen again.
